Gilo Energy Solutions LLC is owned and operated by Adenildo Gilo and Thalita Morais.
Combining Adenildo’s experience and practice and Thalita’s ability to deal with people, they founded the company, with the purpose of providing electrical services, offering specialized electrical solutions with quality standards based on excellence.
Adenildo and Thalita identify with their clients’ needs and offer personalized attention to each person.

Adenildo Francisco Gilo
CEO and Electrotechnician at Gilo Energy Solutions.
Graduated as Electrotechnician at National Service of Industrial Apprenticeship – SENAI, Regional Department of Rondonia, in Brazil, he also participated in several courses in the electrical area.
He has worked with electrical services since 1996, having more than 25 years of experience in the electrical field. His experience includes managing, coordinating and hiring electricians and assistants, being practically responsible for residential, commercial and industrial electrical installations as well as primary cabins and electrical substations, technical visits to create electrical projects, in addition he also has experience with creating projects of solar panels, as well as their installation and maintenance, and programming solar panel inverters.
As an entrepreneur in the electrical sector, he developed excellent communication with customers and employees and among his greatest skills are leadership, creativity, integrity and respect.
He is a professional member of the Federal Council of Technicians (CFT) in Brazil.
In the USA, he is a professional member of the American Solar Energy Society, International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI), and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Thalita Martins Morais
CEO, manager of Gilo Energy Solutions.
She ensures that all service and work is completed in a timely manner.
Graduated in Physiotherapy, from the Faculty of Education and Environment – FAEMA, Rondônia, Brazil, where she worked as a physiotherapist in the area for 3 years.
She has experience with basic electrical installations and programming solar panel inverters.
